Hillary Moore
Hello! I’m an illustrator and surface pattern designer whose artwork is inspired by the wonder and whimsy of the natural world.
As an illustrator, I work in watercolor and gouache and I love bringing imaginative stories and dreamy landscapes to life.
As a surface pattern designer, I’m just learning the ropes after taking the 2022 Immersion course with Bonnie Christine and falling in love with pattern design. My patterns are built from my line drawings that are inspired by my explorations in the pacific northwest and observations of (you guessed it) nature.
I live in Seattle, WA, where I was born and raised. I’m obsessed with gardens, reading, and exploring various forests and beaches with my partner, Chris, our kiddos Lucy & Aki, and our hound dog, Fred.
